Through our unique, owner friendly process, we create value by developing power assets on excess land.

If your property is suitable, we can work with you through the development process:

  1. Identify Opportunity: determine project type that maximizes the property’s value

  2. Project Design & modeling: optimize project based on property’s features

  3. Power Flow Studies & Interconnection: create and submit interconnection application through relevant ISO queue

  4. Permitting: obtain all required permits to reach Notice To Proceed (NTP)

  5. Sell Ready To Build Project: once the project has reached NTP, external energy investors will be willing to pay a large development fee to purchase and complete the project ($0.04 - $0.15 per Watt, e.g., $4m - $15m for a 100 MW project)

  6. Obtain Lease Revenue: landowner can retain ownership of land hosting the project, and lease it to external energy investor who builds project
